Can I switch from Free to Pro anytime?
Yes. Upgrade whenever you need more storage, galleries, or Pro features. Your data stays intact.
What happens after my 14-day Pro trial?
Card required to start your 14-day trial (not charged until trial ends). After the trial, you'll be automatically charged £7.99/month. Cancel anytime during the trial to avoid charges.
Is the early access pricing permanent?
Yes! Lock in £7.99/month forever by subscribing during early access. Your rate won't increase as long as you stay subscribed.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel your Pro subscription anytime from your dashboard. You'll keep Pro access until the end of your billing period, then automatically switch to Free.
Where can I find my invoices/receipts?
All invoices and receipts are available in your dashboard under the Billing tab in the Billing History section. Your billing is managed by Stripe, and you can also access the full Stripe billing portal by clicking "Manage Subscription" to view, download, and print invoices.
What happens to my files on the Free plan?
Files are stored for 30 days from upload. After that, they're automatically deleted. You can always re-upload or upgrade to Pro for custom retention.
Do you offer refunds?
We don't offer refunds for paid periods. You have a 14-day free trial to try Pro with no charge; cancel anytime during the trial to avoid being billed. Your statutory rights are not affected.
